At Notation Theory, we are committed to providing high-quality digital music scores, educational resources, and related products. Please read this Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
By purchasing products from our store, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable products, including but not limited to sheet music, music scores, educational resources, digital downloads, and related digital content, are final.
Once a digital product has been purchased and access has been granted, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except where required by applicable law.
This policy exists because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, revoked, or verified as unused after access has been granted.
No Refunds for Change of Mind
Refunds will not be provided for:

Technical support requests should include your order number and a description of the issue.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase.
After verification, we may issue a refund for the duplicate transaction or provide store credit at our discretion.
Incorrect Product Delivery
If you receive a product that differs materially from the product description or from the item purchased, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
Upon verification, we may provide:

Physical Merchandise
For physical merchandise sold through our store, returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

Order Cancellations
Digital Products
Digital product orders cannot be cancelled once access to the product has been provided.
Physical Merchandise
Physical merchandise orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet entered processing, production, or shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return conditions outlined above.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you experience an issue with an order, we encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the matter promptly.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may delay resolution and may result in restrictions on future purchases.
We reserve the right to provide evidence of product delivery, downloads, account activity, communications, and order fulfillment to payment processors and financial institutions when responding to disputes.

To protect our business and customers, we reserve the right to refuse refunds, returns, or future purchases where we reasonably believe there has been abuse of this policy, fraudulent activity, unauthorized sharing of digital content, or violations of our Terms of Service.
